1. Mechanical Engineer
Design and implement mechanical systems for industrial projects.
- Develop and maintain mechanical designs for HVAC, piping, and equipment.
- Oversee installation and maintenance processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in industrial projects.
2. Logistics Coordinator
Ensure efficient transportation and delivery of goods and equipment.
- Manage fleet operations and track shipments.

1. QHSE Coordinator
Al Barkat Golden is inviting applications for the position of *QHSE Coordinator* to support and maintain QHSE compliance across our contracting and service operations, in line with client, regulatory, and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain company QHSE policies, procedures, and objectives
- Ensure full compliance with *KOC / end-user / client QHSE requirements
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and internal audits
- Monitor PTW, JSA, toolbox talks, and site safety documentation
- Report, investigate, and follow up on incidents, near misses, and non-conformances
- Coordinate with project, operations, and client representatives on QHSE matters
- Maintain QHSE records, reports, and compliance documentation
Requirements :
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum *3–5 years of QHSE experience in contracting / oil & gas / industrial projects*
- Strong working knowledge of *KOC HSEMS, PTW systems, and site safety standards*
- NEBOSH IGC / IOSH certification* (mandatory or strongly preferred)
- Experience in site-based safety supervision and audits
- Good reporting, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and site teams
- Valid Kuwait residency with *transferable visa (Article 18)* preferred
